Job Description

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items under the guidance of senior chefs
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation and food safety standards
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and marinating
Assist in preparation of dishes
Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality
Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and effectively
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely production
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve culinary skills
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
Comply with HACCP protocols
