As a Consultant, Sales Support & Qantas Agency Connect, youâll help ensure corporate contract information is processed correctly and consistently, enabling our commercial teams to perform and our partners to serve travellers with confidence. Youâll also provide high-quality administrative, data and reporting support that enables accurate set-up, activation and ongoing administration of corporate sales agreements, while also delivering overflow support to Qantas Agency Connect (chat and online service requests) so agency partners receive timely, accurate, policy-aligned product, fares and ticketing guidance.
