PA Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced .NET/Azure Architect and Technical Lead to join our Health Data Platforms team. In this role, you will be responsible for both leading and actively contributing to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge health data solutions on the Azure platform built in .NET. You will guide a talented team of engineers and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure health data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership:鈥疍esign and architect robust, scalable, and secure health data solutions on the Azure platform.
- Technical Guidance:鈥疨rovide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Project Management:鈥疧versee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:鈥疻ork closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Quality Assurance:鈥疎nsure the highest standards of quality and performance in all deliverables through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Continuous Improvement:鈥疭tay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and industry trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
