At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Team Description
The Automation Platform and Apps team builds the foundational intelligence and tooling layer that powers coding agents across LinkedIn鈥檚 Software Development Lifecycle. We provide the structured context, APIs, guardrails, and execution frameworks that allow agents to understand codebases, reason about system intent, and safely take action within engineering workflows. By unifying code intelligence, dependency graphs, build and test signals, documentation, and policy constraints, we enable agents to operate with high fidelity, reliability, and governance. Our mission is to transform coding agents from isolated assistants into deeply integrated, context-aware collaborators that accelerate development while maintaining quality, security, and compliance at scale.
