Coordinate, prepare and support essential annual HR processes for executives (e.g., People Day), including analytical preparation and insights.
Maintain HR master data and ensure consistently high data quality standards as a foundation for reliable analytics and reporting.
Handle complex HR requests and resolve challenging customer issues with a service-minded and solution-oriented approach.
Contribute to projects and drive continuous improvement of HR processes, particularly in the areas of data quality, standardization, analytics and automation.
Oversee, maintain and further develop HR IT systems to support effective HR service delivery, including analytics and reporting capabilities.
Prepare regular KPI-based reports and dashboards to ensure transparency, process control, and actionable insights for informed decision making.
Design and conduct ad-hoc analyses and reports, including visual graphics and storytelling, to support decision-making and executive communication.
