The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing critical administrative and operational tasks within the hazardous waste management process. This includes entering customer manifests and job data into the CORE management system, preparing and sending manifests and labels, scheduling waste loads, processing invoicing, creating purchase orders, managing pricing quotes, reviewing and submitting generator waste profiles, and coordinating outgoing shipments. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with both customers and internal teams to ensure compliance and efficient waste handling.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
路 Complete customer manifest entry into CORE customer/job management system for incoming loads to our Hazardous Waste Facilities
路 Prepare manifests and labels in CORE to be sent to our customers
路 Schedule all waste loads into Clean Earth or other facilities
路 Complete invoicing from CORE
路 Create Purchase Orders for all direct ship loads or supplies for our customers
路 Complete computer entry of all pricing quotes
路 Create and review generator waste profiles and submit for approval
路 Send all outgoing UPS packages to our customers
