The Transit/Rail Department Leader & Client Account Manager โ Pacific Northwest will need to be a growth minded leader who can support the Division Manager and work collaboratively with other senior leadership and mentor staff in a dynamic setting to drive business development, capture management, account management, project management, project delivery, technical excellence and quality, while ultimately growing a profitable business. The ideal person would be a civil engineer with delivery experience, and both growth and P&L experience.

- Act as an external leader for AECOM and maintain a visible profile in the region
- Build and cultivate a high performing team that thrives in a face paced growth environment
- Support growth, strategy, and sale of AECOMโs Transit-Rail Services

- Work closely with operations and other leadership as it relates to staffing, recruiting, retention, employee engagement,
- Support project performance, quality, safety, technical excellence, and business unit profitability
- Help build a strong and thriving culture in the West Coast that promotes equity, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and innovation
- Lead negotiations of contractual and financial agreements with clients and sub-consultants
- Thinking strategically while driving the financial execution of the P&L for the Division
