We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our projects by conducting accurate measurements, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to support our construction and development initiatives.
- Perform land surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques
- Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points and reference ties
- Develop new data from photogrammetric records
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys
- Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other terrain characteristics
- Coordinate with contractors and team members on work priorities and schedules
- Perform regular checks of contractors' setting out to verify proper execution and accuracy
- Maintain surveying equipment and perform frequent calibration checks
- Apply and implement all safety and quality control procedures on-site
- Monitor health and safety of construction works and report any violations
- Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
- Coordinate findings with engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and other project stakeholders
