As a Client Growth Partner, you are the central strategic point of contact for our clients over an extended period of time. You strategically manage and develop existing client relationships, ensure the successful delivery of ongoing projects, and continuously identify new growth opportunities through cross-selling, up-selling, and next-selling.
Your Responsibilities
- Long-term management and development of existing client relationships
- Close collaboration with delivery and project teams to ensure ongoing projects are delivered with high quality and to the client鈥檚 satisfaction
- Regular alignment with clients on project progress, value creation, and additional needs
- Identification and active development of cross-selling, up-selling, and next-selling opportunities
- Preparation and presentation of proposals in collaboration with internal subject-matter experts
- Responsibility for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and sustainable partnerships
- Monitoring of market and client developments to derive strategic insights
