We are looking for a Strategic Finance Senior Associate (LMS) to join our team in leading our top and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights, and strategic initiatives. This person will focus on a number of business-wide initiatives including but not limited to product GTM, Partnerships strategy, operating model redesign, and long-term strategic planning to support growth of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions โ our ads business.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
- Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
- Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
- Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
- Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
Stakeholder Influence
- Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
- Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.

- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective, with minimal supervision.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes.

- Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks.
- Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
