About the Role
As Sr. Director, Global Enablement ā LTS, you will lead enablement strategy and execution for LinkedInās Talent Solutions goātoāmarket organization. You will partner directly with senior LTS sales and GTM leaders to identify business priorities, performance gaps, and opportunities to shift the performance curve through dataādriven enablement.
You will oversee a global team of Enablement Leaders and Sales Performance Consultants, responsible for designing and delivering enablement that balances scale and relevanceāfrom multiāquarter global initiatives to targeted, local interventions.
Responsibilities
⢠Translate LTS business priorities into a clear, strategic enablement roadmap grounded in data and insights
⢠Partner with senior LTS, GTM Operations, Product, and crossāfunctional leaders
⢠Lead largeāscale enablement programs tied to GTM motions and product launches
⢠Drive sustained behavior change through practice, reinforcement, and manager enablement
⢠Balance global frameworks with local and segmentāspecific enablement
⢠Leverage AI and inātheāflow of work tools to accelerate productivity and coaching
⢠Lead and develop a geographically diverse global enablement organization
⢠Serve as a trusted advisor connecting enablement to business outcomes
