Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth
- Develop and execute GTM/account plans to achieve targets for toys testing (TIC).
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with toy manufacturers, exporters, retailers, brands, sourcing offices.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned vendors/key accounts; deliver great CX with CS/Lab.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations; negotiate to close with healthy margins.
- Track opportunities & activities in CRM; provide accurate reports and forecasts.
Marketing & PR Enablement
- Co-run workshops, exhibitions, trade shows, commercial events with Marketing.
- Share market/client insights for E-newsletters, website & campaigns.
- Build relationships with consulting firms, associations, NGOs, authorities to support business development and advocacy.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Laboratory, Technical, Customer Service to ensure feasible TAT/quality and timely, accurate reporting.
- Provide voice-of-customer and competitive intel to inform new services/standards.
Other
- Support Head of Department on tasks related to Sales/Marketing/PR and other initiatives as assigned.
