At Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc., we’re seeking a skilled Senior Process Technician to lead operations, mentor team members, and ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute and troubleshoot complex chemical processing operations, including filtrations, distillations, hydrogenations, chromatography, and specialized tasks like pyrophoric material handling.
- Work independently and lead the shift in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring tasks are completed “right the first time.”
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to assign daily activities and review work quality.
- Support preventive maintenance, plant utilities troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety standards, and accurate documentation practices.
