Perform a variety of administrative tasks supporting test area Group Leaders and the department. This includes but is not limited to ensuring test sample information entered into LIMS aligns with the correct test requirements prior to scheduling testing. Procure, maintain, and monitor inventory of materials, consumables, and equipment needed for testing.

- Review, compare, and confirm entered sample requirements against established test parameters and specifications, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with department teams to resolve issues prior to scheduling
- Add acceptable test samples and information to test area schedule
- Procure materials and consumables used in department
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery or quality
- Develop procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues or process gaps
- Communicates effectively with department teams
- Communicates effectively with client staff members
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
