As an environmental Field Technician, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our environment by collecting samples and monitoring potential pollution sources. As a Field Technician, you will have a weekly routine driving route 2-4 days a week where you will collect and analyze field samples.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently drive assigned routes, arriving at designated locations for customers on time.
- Collect samples of water and soil for laboratory analysis.
- Perform on-site testing and analysis of samples in a field setting.
- Load and unload laboratory samples and field equipment
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while operating a company vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Laboratory work: Assist senior technicians and scientists with more complex laboratory procedures.
