This role is for those eager to learn the fundamentals of game design and the full game development process. They'll build essential skills and knowledge, then apply them to support real design tasks on live projects — all while leveling up their careers.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Study game design foundation
- Study original designs of a wide range of game genres.
- Analyzing existing games, design concepts, fun factors, control, and more
- Be trained in a real project & understand the general game-making process and support the main GD of the project on minor tasks.
- Contributing to design discussions and decisions.
- Under the supervision of the project game designer, create/maintain game design documents (GDD) related to new minor game features or improvements for existing game features and game contents (missions, quests, levels, etc.).
- Under the supervision of the project game designer, learn and fix design-related bugs via in-house tools.
- Playtesting the existing game with the team.
