Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Participant Services
- Manage a high-volume caseload of WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker participants.
- Conduct eligibility determinations, certifications, and enrollments into WIOA programs.
- Complete assessments, Individual Employment Plans (IEPs), and career planning with participants.
- Provide career counseling, employment guidance, and referrals to training and supportive services.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with participants to support progress toward employment and training goals.
Documentation & Compliance
- Enter accurate case notes and documentation in the case management system the same day services are provided.
- Maintain participant files in accordance with WIOA policies, monitoring standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure documentation clearly supports eligibility, services provided, and program outcomes.
- Prepare files and documentation for internal reviews, monitoring, and audits.
Performance & Enrollment Goals
- Meet weekly and monthly enrollment and service targets.
- Contribute to program performance outcomes including:
- Training enrollments
- Employment placements
- Credential attainment
- Measurable Skills Gains
- Maintain strong pipeline management to ensure continuous participant engagement and movement through services.
Employer & Training Coordination
- Coordinate with Business Services staff and training providers to support participant employment and training opportunities.
- Assist participants in identifying training programs aligned with in-demand occupations.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and program planning discussions.
- Collaborate with partners including community organizations, adult education providers, and other workforce system partners.
