This Account Manager role is for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, stays calm when things get busy, and takes real pride in getting work over the line.
You鈥檒l work across tech led client accounts, partnering closely with delivery teams on digital platforms and ongoing programs rather than one off campaigns. Your focus will be on managing day to day client relationships across platform builds, enhancements, upgrades and continuous support.
You鈥檒l sit within a small group of client relationships, owning day to day delivery while building trust, momentum and growth. You won鈥檛 be on your own and will work alongside Account Directors, Project Managers, development, creative and experience teams, but you鈥檒l be the person clients rely on to keep things moving.
We鈥檙e looking for someone with pace, positivity and a can-do attitude. Someone who鈥檚 happy to roll up their sleeves, get into the detail, and bring good energy to the room. Skills matter, but attitude matters more.
