Troubleshoot and repair 480V / 3-phase electrical systems
Diagnose and maintain PLC-controlled production equipment
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and MCC systems
Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Cure control systems, load cells and temperature sensors, boiler electrical systems, and motors and drives
Support electro-mechanical troubleshooting of production machinery
Maintain plant lighting, power distribution, and alarm systems
Fabricate and modify electrical panels and controls as required
Collaborate with mechanics and controls engineers to resolve equipment failures
Support plant safety standards including NFPA 70E compliance
