At our Newcastle Delivery Centre, you鈥檒l be part of a well鈥慹stablished paralegal support team with a wide range of seniority and specialisms. As an NDA Specialist working at Senior Paralegal level, you will collaborate closely with Paralegals, Apprentice Paralegals, Senior and Supervisory Paralegals, Managing Paralegals, Operations Managers, Legal Technology Advisors and Process Architects.
You are likely to have direct contact and communication with Associates, Lawyers and Business Professionals based in other offices around the world.
Job Overview
The Corporate team assist with Non-Disclosure Agreement reviews. This is either on a hotline basis for a number of Private Equity clients or on a sell side situation as part of a wider deal.
Working in a team who support this work, you will be specifically required to fee earn to support all aspects of the delivery of the NDA work for other CC offices. You may also assist with other work on an as and when required basis.
