What You'll Drive
Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving Emiratisation hiring targets.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for UAE National candidates.
Maintain and update the database of UAE National applicants.
Support participation in career fairs, university engagement activities, and other recruitment initiatives.
Assist with onboarding formalities for new hires, including documentation and system updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of UAE Nationals.
Address and escalate queries related to UAE National employment matters.
Support initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention of UAE Nationals.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assign mandatory and developmental training courses.
Track training completion and maintain accurate training records.
