As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team, by providing administrative, recruitment and office support functions to the village in order to ensure smooth running of the operations.
The Administrator is part of a wider team including housekeeping, laundry, kitchen, maintenance, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Village Manager with administrative requirements including inductions, recruitment, training, performance reviews and payroll assistance.
- Assisting the Village Manager and Clinical Manager with administrative requirements for audit purposes.
- Overseeing the village鈥檚 staff roster by collaborating with staff, team leaders/managers and the Village Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing services in a pleasant and courteous manner which is respectful of individual privacy, dignity and personal property.
