Mō te tūranga | About the role
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, with one rostered day falling on either a Saturday or Sunday.

As Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process at our Park Lane community. This will include managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village.
As part of our leadership team, you will also be involved in other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the community, particularly assisting the Village Manager. You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community.
