Who You鈥檒l Work With
As a team member of the Procurement team, you are the face to Arista's suppliers and internal stakeholders acting as a liaison and partner to both. You will be responsible for continued evaluation and evolution of procurement systems, processes, and suppliers.
What You'll Do
- Work with internal information customers and external vendors to research, request pricing, prepare and review bids/pricing, prepare purchase orders, track orders, mark orders as received, and respond to billing inquiries.
- Analyze, evaluate, refine and improve purchasing processes, including strategies and procedures that will result in cost savings, improved service levels and effective inventory management.
- Manage the scoping, acquisition and implementation of new automated purchasing and asset management systems.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships. Ensure continued relevance and value of vendors.
- Develop metrics to measure performance, efficiency and cost savings related to the procurement process.
- Monitor compliance with software licensing terms and agreements.
- Work with Finance on asset management methods and processes.
