We are hiring for the position of Senior Site Engineer – MEP (Terminal Buildings & Support Facilities) for multiple upcoming airport projects across Pan India. The Senior Site Engineer – MEP will be responsible for supervising and managing the installation, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within airport terminal buildings and associated support facilities.
The role ensures that all MEP works—including HVAC systems, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, ELV systems, and building services—are executed in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Site Engineer will work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day execution of MEP works in terminal buildings and airport support facilities.
Ensure installation of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure proper integration of MEP systems with building infrastructure.
Review MEP shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals prior to site execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure MEP works are completed as per project schedules and milestones.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and aviation infrastructure requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient site execution.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and performance validation of installed MEP systems.
Maintain site documentation including inspection records, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
Verify work quantities, assist in contractor billing processes, and support cost monitoring activities.
Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at the project site.
