AECOM is seeking an Assistant Office Engineer to be based in Rocky Hill, CT.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures for construction projects.
- Organize, manage, and distribute project documents, including RFI’s, submittals, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution in accordance with project timelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely retrieval and submission of documents.
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Maintain and update project files, including drawings
- Prepare regular progress reports on the project status, highlighting issues that need attention.
- Help with reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
