As we look to grow our Buildings Services Team, we are currently looking for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join our Building Engineering team, focussing on Defence Projects. Whilst our preference is Adelaide, this role can also be based in Brisbane or Melbourne.
How you’ll make a difference
- Lead the delivery of technically complex hydraulic designs across major building projects, ensuring compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and local authority requirements.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineers, technicians, and designers to solve technical challenges and ensure integrated, high-quality project outcomes.
- Partner with project managers and team leaders to align on priorities, resourcing, and program delivery, contributing to project success and team performance.
- Engage directly with external clients to define project scopes, manage expectations, and deliver practical engineering solutions.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and designers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing to build team capability and excellence.
