AECOM are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator - Bids & Proposals to join our Strategy & Growth team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In this role, you will serve as a key support function for our bids and proposals department, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive bids and proposals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with submission requirements and support the overall success of our business development initiatives.
- Coordinate the preparation and assembly of bid and proposal documents, ensuring all required components are included and properly formatted
- Maintain comprehensive bid calendars and track submission deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all proposals
- Organize and manage proposal documentation, including filing systems, databases, and digital repositories for easy retrieval and reference
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather necessary information and clarifications for bid submissions
- Review bid and proposal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and organizational standards
- Monitor and update bid tracking systems and maintain accurate records of all submissions and outcomes
- Provide administrative support during proposal presentations and client meetings
