AECOM Technical Services, Inc., is seeking a Construction Program Management in Honolulu, HI.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage airport capital improvement projects with the owner, designer, planners, and/or contractors, including project schedules, statuses, budgets, contract drafting, contract maintenance, permitting, planning, and FAA coordination and requirements.
- Review and coordinate local and federal environmental policy act documentation.
- Develop projects, project descriptions, project scopes, fee estimates, data sheet development, and concurrence forms. Review construction safety and phasing plans, and plan sets of other designers/contractors.
- Participate in safety risk assessment meetings (pre and panel meetings) as a subject matter expert.
- Assist in FAA airport improvement program grant reporting and FAA airport improvement program grant applications.
- Lead projects on a variety of studies and analyses.
- Provide and maintain airfield master schedules, runway closure schedules, and construction updates posted to DOT website.
- Up to 10% travel required to project locations in Hawaii.
- Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week.
