We are looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our Ground engineering&tunneling team. Key Responsibilities
Works as part of a ground and tunneling engineering team with other engineers at the same functional level that can be from different EC offices (Poland, Spain, India.). Undertakes non-routine, medium complex projects supported by EC.
As a Junior Geotechnical Engineer, you will be involved in developing all aspects of mid- to large-scale projects, including managing subsurface investigations, conducting engineering analysis, preparing geotechnical design recommendations, and overseeing design and reporting to fulfill client requirements and project goals.
Develop tasks related to ground engineering design (as bearing capacity for foundations, earthworks, stability and settlement analysis, etc.) and tunneling for a specific project.
Perform specific and limited portions of broader engineering assignments under moderate supervision.
Should be able to independently develop recommendations, reports (of course with guidance from our Sr Engineers), and calculations and meet deadlines.
Conducts non-complex value engineering evaluations, determining alternative designs, materials, construction techniques.
Works autonomously within established procedures and practices, with latitude to determine work priorities.
Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings, including participation in interdisciplinary reviews.
Ensures that project technical goals/milestones/ budgets are met.
