As a solution-oriented Senior Front-End Engineer, you will play a central role in the continued development of our next generation enterprise Dashboard 4.0, collaborating with expert users ensuring we design a clean and simple but yet powerful UI ready for GenAI. You will work independently on moderately complex projects and act as a go-to technical problem-solver for the team. In this position, you will report directly to our Front-End Principal Software Engineer.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable front-end features using modern web frameworks with minimal oversight.
Actively participate in the analysis and design phases, proactively identifying areas for codebase improvement, ensuring system health through refactoring, and setting technical standards.
Exhibit a driven, detail-oriented approach by engaging with the team pair programming, structured code reviews, and constructive feedback.
2-4 years of practical experience in front-end software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Extensive technical expertise developing enterprise SaaS solutions and user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript and one or more of the top 3 frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience working with full stack meta-frameworks such as Next.js, Nuxt etc.
Experience working with REST, GraphQL or similar.
Strong knowledge of writing robust automated front-end tests and experience working with frameworks such as Vitest, Playwright or similar.
The ability to systematically analyze problems, independently make informed technical decisions, and contribute to architectural discussions.
Nice-to-have: Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, and integrating those deep into the application.
Nice-to-have: Prior experience working in a Scrum-inspired agile environment using tools like JIRA and IntelliJ and source control (Git).
