Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a sales development representative (SDR) to develop and support a sales pipeline for our solutions across a number of industrial applications. In this role, you will be a critical member of our growing marketing organization, focusing on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with sales, prospects, customers, and partners.Ā Ā
As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales representatives for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our solutions in a compelling way.Ā
Day to day activities:
Follow up on leads to drive initial customer engagement via email and phone
Arrange and present introductory calls to qualify opportunities and share background of Boston Dynamics with prospects
Schedule on-site demonstrations for Sales Managers
Partner with Sales Managers to identify and engage with strategic accounts within key industriesĀ
Facilitate introductory demonstrations when required
Maintain pipeline of prospects and maintain regular communication
Participate in customer-facing video and phone calls
Understand and be able to communicate the vision for Boston Dynamics robotics solutions
Assist in back office support to include preparing quotes and follow up documentation
Preferences and Requirements:
Bachelorās degreeĀ
1 year of sales experience in a technology environment preferredĀ
Technically savvy with demonstrated ability to learn and explain new technology
Thrive in a team-oriented environment
Curious and able to understand a wide range of industry applicationsĀ
