Primary Responsibilities:
Enablement Strategy & Program Design
Build and own a comprehensive CS enablement roadmap aligned to company growthobjectives, CS OKRs, and skills gap analyses
Partner with CS leadership toidentifyinflection points in the customer lifecycle where upskilling drives the highest impact (e.g., QBRs, renewals, upsells, executive engagement)
Develop playbooks, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks specific to CS motions such as expansion selling, churn risk conversations, and stakeholder mapping
Facilitate live, virtual, and asynchronous training sessions including workshops, role-play exercises, call review sessions, and cohort-based learning programs
Coach CSMs and CSLs through deal reviews, renewal negotiations, and escalation scenarios using real-world examples and structured feedback frameworks
Run onboarding programs for new CS hires, ensuring ramp-to-productivity benchmarks are met within defined timelines
Lead enablement sessions for CS leaders focused on coaching skills, performance management, pipeline forecasting, and managing renewal coverage
Content Development & Knowledge Management
Create andmaintaina centralized, easy-to-navigate enablement library including playbooks, competitive battle cards, value frameworks, and training videos
Develop certification programs that recognize andvalidateskill attainment across core CS competencies (e.g., consultative conversation skills, productexpertise, commercial acumen)
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with Revenue Operations to ensure enablement programs are informed by data and tied to measurable business outcomes
