As an Operations Workstation Controller, youâll bring your analytical, technical, Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM), and Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) expertise. Youâll provide expert simulation control for Warfighter Exercises (WFX), including applying Rules and Work Arounds, supervising work cells and response cells, ensuring realistic constructive simulations via WARSIM and JLCCTC platforms, and working closely with Senior Red Control and the Exercise Control Group (ECG) to ensure WARSIM conditions facilitate training. You will also develop and train new hire workstation controllers. Â

You Have:
Experience as a field grade officer, including Warrant Officer W-4/5 or Sergeant Major E9
Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major Â
Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPointÂ
Experience with current Army and Joint regulation and publications
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Completion of Military Education Level (MEL4) CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC)

Experience as a Colonel O-5 or above Â
Experience serving on Division or Corps level staff positionsÂ
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Master's degreeÂ

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.
