As aMission Command Information System (MCIS)administrator on our team,youâllsupportthe technical infrastructure used to train military personnel oncommand-and-controlsystems. This includes installing,maintaining, and troubleshooting the complex hardware and software systems used in simulated combat exercisesknown as Warfighter Exercises (WFXs).Youâlldesign, integrate, andmaintainthe infrastructure that powers large-scale, computer-based training exercisesâensuring that constructive simulations andAfter-ActionReview tools run smoothly for commanders and battle staffs.
âŻYou will lead the administration of servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and storage systems that underpin the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) and After Action Review environments. Your role bridges technical support, architecture planning, and security compliance, enabling seamless integration of Army Mission Command Information Systems into global training events.Â

You Have:Â
5+ years of experience with Military training and training support
5+ years of experience in integrating training environments, planning architectures, and stimulation of Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCiS) in support of training events and distributed exercises
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role leading technical teams
2+ years of experience in performing system enhancements and installing software updates
Secret clearance
Bachelorâs degree
DoDM 8140.03 Advanced Level Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.
