As Marketing AI & Automation Manager, you design and implement dataâdriven, AIâpowered improvements across our marketing systems and technology stack. In this role, youâll partner with Product, Marketing and Engineering to turn complex funnels into scalable, automated experiences that help our teams experiment and grow faster.
Drive the design and rollout of AIâdriven automation use cases across Marketing, Sales and Product (e.g. lead enrichment, content generation support or predictive segmentation), in close collaboration with Engineering, Data and Analytics teams.
Analyze and optimize the leadâtoâcustomer funnel in collaboration with CRM, Sales and Product teams to reduce dropâoff, improve qualification and increase activation
Coâown the evolution of the lead scoring model, defining new behavioral, firmographic and productâusage signals and validating impact on conversion and sales efficiency
Partner with UX/UI, Marketing and Data to design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and lead ingestion flows, translating insights into reusable patterns and playbooks
Build smart, consentâaware âjourney enablementâ components (segments, decision trees and templates) that allow the CRM and Sales automation team to scale sophisticated, alwaysâon lifecycle journeys
Use analytics tools to identify bottlenecks, measure automation impact and feed insights into the marketing tech & systems roadmap and product strategy, in alignment with Engineering on data quality and instrumentation
3 â 5 years of experience in Product, Growth, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing or CRM, ideally in a B2B or digitalâfirst environment
Strong analytical mindset with handsâon experience in A/B testing, funnel and behavioral analysis and experiment design
Working knowledge of Braze (or similar), CDPs, CMS platforms and automation frameworks; able to translate technical requirements for engineering teams
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal and Analytics teams; capable of aligning technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders and make complex topics understandable for nonâtechnical stakeholders
Sound understanding of GDPR and privacyâfirst marketing principles, especially consent and data minimization
Bonus: Deep experience implementing AIâbased workflows or predictive models in marketing technology environments.
