At Rad AI, weâre on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. Founded by a radiologist, our AI-driven solutions are revolutionizing radiologyâsaving time, reducing burnout, and improving patient care. With one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has helped uncover hundreds of new cancer diagnoses and reduced error rates in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%.
Rad AI has secured over $140M in funding, including a recently oversubscribed Series C ($68M round) led by Transformation Capital, bringing our valuation to $528M. Our investors include Khosla Ventures, World Innovation Lab, Gradient Ventures, Cone Health Ventures, and othersâall backing our mission to empower physicians with cutting-edge AI.
Our latest advancements in generative AI are used by thousands of radiologists daily, supporting more than one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the U.S. at partners including Cone Health, Jefferson Einstein Health, Geisinger, Guthrie Healthcare System, and Henry Ford Health.
Recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI companies by CB Insights and AuntMinnie, and ranked by Deloitte as the 19th fastest-growing company in North America, we are building AI-powered solutions that make a real impact. Most recently, Rad AI was named to CNBCâs Disruptor 50 list, highlighting the innovation and momentum behind our mission.
If youâre ready to shape the future of healthcare, weâd love to have you on our team!
We build AI that sits directly in the radiologistâs workflow:
Rad AI Impressions automatically drafts the impression section of reports in real time.
Rad AI Reporting is a full radiology reporting platform powered by GenAI.
Rad AI Continuity is our patient followâup coordination platform, identifying actionable findings in radiology reports and closing the loop between radiology and downstream care.
Continuity is already delivering real clinical and financial impact for health systems, improving followâup completion rates and catching cancers and other serious conditions earlier. Now we need someone to turn this proven product into a scaled, standalone business inside Rad AI.
Continuity has crossed the line from promising experiment to real business. It has established recurring revenue, a strong pipeline, lighthouse health system customers, and clear proof that it changes patient outcomes and hospital economics. But today, its future still depends on how well we can focus, prioritize, and execute.
Without you, Continuity risks being âjust another product lineâ inside a busy, fastâgrowing company. Roadmaps get reshuffled. Implementations take longer than they should. Customers feel the friction of a team thatâs splitting its attention. Most importantly, patients who should get followâup care never do.
You change that trajectory.
You treat Continuity like your own startup inside Rad AI â with a clear vision, dedicated team, and simple, rigorous operating model. You connect product, engineering, clinical, implementations, and goâtoâmarket into a single, coherent business. You protect focus, make hard tradeoffs, and turn great technology into reliable, referenceable outcomes for some of the largest health systems in the country.
If you do your job well, Continuity becomes the way health systems close the loop on radiology findings at scale â and a core pillar of Rad AIâs longâterm success. If we donât hire you, we risk leaving that opportunity, and those patients, on the table.
You will operate as the General Manager and CEOâlike leader of the Continuity business within Rad AI. You own the vision, the number, the roadmap, and the dayâtoâday execution that connects them. Youâll design and run a startupâwithinâaâstartup: a focused, crossâfunctional team with clear goals, decision rights, and accountability.
Youâll be deeply embedded with customers and your team in equal measure. You translate health system realities into product decisions, turn engineering capacity into deployed solutions, and make sure implementations result in measurable clinical and financial outcomes. Youâll work closely with Rad AIâs executive team, but you wonât wait for permission to act â youâll build the systems, team, and habits that let Continuity scale.
In particular, you will:
Own Continuity as a business â set the strategy, define the operating model, and be accountable for growth, profitability, and impact.
Connect product, engineering, and clinical reality â ensure the roadmap reflects real customer needs, technical constraints, and implementation learnings.
Lead a highâperforming, crossâfunctional team â bring together engineers, model developers, implementation specialists, and clinical experts under a shared mission and set of goals.
Drive customer outcomes at scale â work directly with health system leaders to deliver faster implementations, stronger adoption, and clear ROI in followâup care and downstream revenue.
Operate like a founder â step into whatever role is needed, from refining contracts to unblocking an integration, while keeping your eyes on the longâterm build.
You have owned and scaled a product or business line â from early traction to meaningful revenue â in healthcare or enterprise SaaS, with clear accountability for ARR, adoption, and outcomes.
You have deep experience operating as a GM, founder, or P&L owner, leading crossâfunctional teams across product, engineering, operations, and commercial.
You have built and led diverse, highâperforming teams (including people leaders), and your teams would follow you to their next big challenge.
You are comfortable with AIâpowered products: you donât need to be an ML researcher, but you can translate between customer problems, data/ML capabilities, and product decisions.
You have founded a healthcare startup or led a new business line within a larger healthcare or healthâtech company.
You are fluent in the realities of healthcare delivery â you understand how health systems, clinical workflows, and hospital operations actually work, and youâve built solutions they rely on.
You have direct experience in radiology, care coordination, patient access, or other followâupâintensive workflows.
You have worked with AI/ML products in regulated, missionâcritical environments and understand how to balance innovation with safety and reliability.
You have led âstartup within a startupâ efforts before, building focused operating models inside a company that already has multiple products and priorities.
You are energized by a remoteâfirst, highly crossâfunctional environment and enjoy spending time working directly with health system partners.
Join our world-class team as we build and deploy AI solutions that empower physicians and transform patient careâmaking a meaningful impact on millions of lives. Driven by our mission, we prioritize transparency, inclusion, and close collaboration, bringing together exceptional people to revolutionize healthcare. If you're passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful healthcare solutions, we'd love to hear from you!
