Within the Administration & Finance team, you will participate in the collections process, accounting controls, and account verification, as well as in the development of the company's internal control plan.
As Credit & Collection Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Setting Customer Credit Limits.
Organizing claims and monitoring customer debts.
Administrative processing of collections received.
Reconciling and monitoring intercompany customer debtor accounts.
Preparing collection and debt reports for management.
Responsible for preparing the Bad Debt Provision.
Providing telephone support to customers.
Collaborating in the computerization/automation and updating of administrative procedures.
Collaborating and providing the information required by both the External and Internal Auditors (HQ).
