Publicity and Education: Publicizing the waste management structure, system, extension project details, and developing/updating relevant educational materials.
Community Outreach Execution: Developing and executing special outreach projects, arranging site visits, and assisting with public consultation processes.
Complaint and Issue Management: Managing the project complaint hotline, sincerely liaising with stakeholders regarding concerns, monitoring and following up on issues/complaints, and resolving crises during project phases.
Documentation and Representation: Preparing necessary documents, drawings, presentations for public consultations, attending consultations to respond to queries, and maintaining the project website.
Planning and Reporting: Developing and maintaining the Public Relation Plan and preparing monthly reports on programs and issues.
