We ensure that associated risks are thoroughly mitigated and that controls are functioning effectively.
We are scaling our operations team and developing solutions to support them, ensuring that alerts are accurately checked and fully auditable. We are enhancing the customer experience, making it easy and convenient for customers to provide the necessary information and documents.
You'll work directly with our back-office and compliance teams to understand how they work and what challenges they face. Then you'll redesign and build better internal tools for case handling and management - tools that are easy to use, efficient, and can grow with us.
Your work will improve both our internal processes and what customers experience, making a real difference to how smoothly we operate. You'll also team up with our regional and growth teams to make FinCrime and screening tools easier to implement across all our markets.
