We're looking for a results-driven Product Owner who excels at turning strategy into execution within Agile frameworks. You will own product delivery, transforming requirements into shipped features that solve real customer problems on time and within scope. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll be the execution engine that bridges stakeholder vision and engineering delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and QA, you'll ensure that ambiguity-free sprints and every delivery create measurable customer value. You'll also invest time learning our broader portfolio of products to identify opportunities for platform-wide improvements and ensure your work aligns with the overall product ecosystem.
Lead all sprint rituals, including planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive team alignment and continuous improvement.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clear prioritization aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Write clear, complete requirements with comprehensive context, edge cases, and acceptance criteria before sprint planning begins.
Communicate all stakeholder decisions to your team within 24 hours, maintaining zero information silos.
Identify and resolve blockers proactively, coordinating across teams to keep delivery on track.
Ensure quality delivery that solves real customer problems, balancing speed with sustainable development practices.
Document all decisions, requirements, and meeting outcomes systematically to maintain transparency across teams.
Follow up on customer issues until permanent resolution is achieved, not just temporary patches.
Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the organization.
Create and maintain JIRA tickets with comprehensive documentation that requires no clarification from engineering teams.
Implement and refine team processes to continuously improve delivery efficiency and quality.
Build technical understanding of product architecture to anticipate feasibility constraints and make informed decisions.
