ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Sourcing and Collection: Define and collect data from various Facility systems, including CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), Energy Monitoring Systems, PLC logs, or sensor data for utility systems such as HVAC, Electrical, Water, and Air Compressor systems.
- Data Preparation: Perform Data Cleansing & Shaping on facility and maintenance data to ensure high data quality and readiness for analysis.
- Insight Generation: Analyze data to identify anomalies, track breakdown rates, energy consumption costs, and measure system performance metrics (e.g., OEE or MTTR).
- Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain automated Dashboards (e.g., using Power BI/Tableau) to regularly present key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management and engineering teams.
- Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to support cost reduction initiatives and Energy Saving projects within the department.
- Actionable Recommendations: Translate complex technical data into clear, actionable recommendations that guide decisions on Preventive Maintenance schedules and system improvements.
- Transition manual work to systematic process using automation and technology and digital tool.
- Leverage AI and Machine learning to predict trends, optimize processes and enhance decision-making.
- Provide utilities cost analysis including new product cost analysis.
- Support FE&M Cost reduction program / energy saving program management and control.
- Summary cost saving projects status for the department.
- Analysis and tracking for production, supporting area and main utility supply systems.
- Coordinate with all concerned groups to measure and collect utility consumption for both the main utility supply and production equipment.
- Conduct electrical cost analysis and tracking for production, supporting area and main utility supply systems.
