ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To monitoring and report department goal and target
- Monitoring and report yield or quality issues to manager to ensure that any issue effected production were immediately addressed by the responsible person
- Controlling the work in process and output
- To utilize Manpower for maximum and improve UPH
- To improve LAR and DPPM for satisfy both internal and external customer
- To minimum usage of Direct and Indirect Material
- To reduce and improve Absenteeism of subordinate
- To maintain workplace Safety, Discipline, compliance with rules and regulations to prevent nonconformance
- To communicate the company information to subordinate who are under supervision
- Follow QMS, EHS, ESD procedures and HR rules and regulations
- Understand the IMS policy and be able to apply and contribute to the organization to achieve per intended outcome.
- To direct and supervise employees in the responsible unit to follow the regulation and any work instruction.
- To analyze the work of the responsible unit to primarily find risks or dangers (JSA or HIRAC), in collaboration with EHS officers and manager to mitigate risk.
- To teach correct working procedures to the employees in the responsible unit for working safely.
- To ensure the working conditions of machinery, tools and equipment to be in safe condition before starting daily work.
- To direct and supervise the use of personal protective equipment of the employees in the responsible unit.
- To report the accidents or illness or annoyance caused by working of the subordinate to the manager and report it to the safety officers.
- To investigate the cause of the accident, illness or annoyance caused by working of the employees in collaboration with the EHS officer.
- To promote and support the EHS activities e.g. waste segregation, energy saving, good catch reporting, etc.
Broad Functions
- To supervise subordinate to achieve the company goal and target of UPH, LAR, DPPM Absenteeism, cost, cycle time for a continual improvement and Customer Satisfaction.
- To prioritize assigned work and resources to meet committed deliverables aligned to organization goals.
- Monitor and develop skills and attributes of subordinate to ensure them able to perform their task and match with WD culture.
- Works across functional team to identifying and resolving the problem including identify and creating opportunity to improve the most effective and efficient work flow.
Authority
- Production planning : Planning for Daily Build Plan (Going rate, materials and Man power)
- Assign work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals that complies with work rule and ethics and compliance policies of the company.
- Report anomaly or non-compliance in relation to Ethics and Compliance policies of the Company.
- Report near-miss, good catch and work safety violations in relation to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Report product / production irregularity, anomaly, defectives in relation to product quality assurance.
- To request/provide the proper training for the subordinate
- Verify and approve disciplinary action to subordinate who are under supervision as the organization.
- Propose, review and approve over time and attendance.
- Propose, review and approve Annual Compensation Review (ACR), Short Term Incentive (STI) and Onetime payment Award.
- Stop working if unsafety or effected to environment and immediately inform manager.
- Order subordinate to stop working when found unsafe condition then coordinate to relevant department to mitigation risk.
