- Manage the booking, scheduling, and readiness of meeting rooms to support internal meetings and engagements with external stakeholders.
Quotation & Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate the sourcing, evaluation, and management of quotations for corporate and employee events, as well as office鈥憆elated purchases, ensuring cost effectiveness, timely delivery, and effective vendor coordination.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of corporate events, including tenure appreciation ceremonies, company celebrations, CSR initiatives, and internal or external functions.
