Responsibilities for supporting continuous production on an online support shift. Key duties include ensuring equipment performance to meet quality, yield, cost, and cycle time goals; reporting machine status and issues; conducting final product tests; maintaining 6S standards; assisting the tech team in reducing machine downtime and improving MTBA/MTBF; supporting engineers with project follow-ups; training operators on machine operation; and managing spare parts and tracking records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work shifts to provide support for the continuous production line.
- Ensure equipment is performing optimally to meet quality, yield, cost, utilization, and cycle time goals.
- Report online machine status and any issues to the EE Leader and Engineer promptly.
- Conduct final test product conversions effectively while maintaining high standards.
- Implement and uphold 6S practices to ensure a smooth and efficient production line.
- Assist the technical team in achieving targets related to machine downtime and utilization.
- Focus on improving Mean Time Between Adjustments (MTBA) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Support Engineer for project follow-up.
- Give training to operators about machine operation and to improve their working skills.
- Spare parts hand out, replacement, and make a good record for tracking.
