- Proactive avoidance of supply bottlenecks
Continuous improvement and quality assurance
- Yield analysis and improvement
- Problem solving methodology and reporting (e.g., 8D)
- Definition of corrective and improvement actions
- Document ownership (e.g., control plan) and process control responsibility (stage gate processing)
Communication
- Internal reporting on regular basis
- Preparation and presentation of corrective, improvement, and preventive actions and measures
- Customer reporting on regular basis
- Support of customer case
