ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance operational efficiency by eliminating non-value-added activities and improving the agility of Head/Media qualification processes through digital transformation projects.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and understand requirements.
- Develop, test, and support workflow applications for process automation, integrating AI models for predictive analysis and decision-making.
- Use AI/ML frameworks and tools to create intelligent solutions that enhance existing workflows or introduce new capabilities.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, findings, and progress.
- Develop user manuals or training materials, if required.
- Participate in regular project meetings and actively contribute to team discussions.
- Present key findings and recommendations to mentors and stakeholders.
- Assist in designing digital solutions to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to prototype and test digital tools.
- Participate in system integration, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful implementation.
