As the Assistant Property Manager, you will help ensure the community operates efficiently while providing excellent service to residents and prospects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with daily property operations and administrative functions.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members
- Manage accounts receivable and delinquency follow-up
- Process resident payments and maintain accurate resident ledgers
- Prepare and make daily bank deposits
- Coordinate and send delinquency notices, collection letters, and NDF notices
- Support leasing efforts, including responding to inquiries and assisting prospective residents
- Maintain accurate lease files and update resident information in the property management system
- Support property reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements
