Lead fit-out projects independently, overseeing quantity surveying, rate analysis, value engineering, and commercial closure for Corporate/Office projects.
Manage pre- and post-contract duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, and final accounts.
Conduct feasibility studies, prepare cost plans, and manage the tendering process from pre-qualification to contract compilation.
Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients, interfacing with them and other consultants throughout all project stages.
Perform cost risk analysis, contribute to value engineering, and negotiate final accounts.
Maintain and update best practices in cost estimating based on project feedback and learning.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.
