Providing authoritative guidance to project and construction麓s team, becoming part of it, especially on legal compliance topics, such as: risk assessments, legal audit & claims from local authorities regarding site safety labor inspections, safety committees work streams, "contingencies determination" and work job position adaptations, incident investigations.
Plan and develop strategic work systems around HS&E guidelines, e.g.: recommending suitable processes aligned with client鈥檚 and regulatory standards.
Support existing site safety team for keeping reporting regimes are in place for Health and Safety statistics.
Support business change, via effective change management processes in a fast-paced environment, when required.
Implement and review the Company's global safety policies, ensuring that local legislative requirements are also met.
Maintaining and developing personal competence to meet the demands of both the business and Clients.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have sufficient flexibility to manage and deliver projects within the region.
